1. Using TV Rat
TV Rat is a personal TV and movie tracking app. By creating an account you agree to use it for its intended purpose — tracking what you watch — and not to abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page; we may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
3. Show data
Show and episode metadata (names, posters, descriptions, air dates) is sourced from TheTVDB and belongs to its respective rights holders. We display it under TheTVDB's API terms and don't claim ownership of it.
4. No warranty
TV Rat is provided "as is," under active development, without warranty of any kind. We'll do our best to keep your data safe and the app running, but we're not liable for lost data, downtime, or inaccuracies in show data pulled from third parties.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use TV Rat after a change means you accept the updated terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
